Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to architect and develop innovative Provider Onboarding solutions in a remote environment, driving product implementations and enhancing workflows for both internal and external users.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust custom tools for Provider Onboarding, focusing on pricing, payments, client panels, and forms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical gaps while mentoring other engineers
- Manage all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch maintenance and success measurement
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare or equivalent systems
- Experience working on new projects or teams
- Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications
- Proficiency in microservice development and mentoring junior engineers
