Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning backend systems for institutional clients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale onboarding processes, automate client onboarding, and lead the implementation of data services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage backend services for institutional client onboarding, including Unified Business Onboarding and KYC Refresh
- Drive automation of onboarding processes to enhance efficiency for low-risk clients
- Lead the design and implementation of the Organizations Service to ensure data quality and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production services at scale
- Proficiency in Go (or similar), gRPC/Protobuf, and relational data stores
- Experience in regulated domains such as identity, access control, or financial onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to compose and scale service-oriented architectures with well-tested code
- Familiarity with generative AI and its responsible application in workflow improvements
