Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning backend systems for institutional clients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale Unified Business Onboarding, KYC Refresh, and provisioning while collaborating with various teams to enhance onboarding and access controls in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage backend services that facilitate institutional clients from application to first trade
- Drive automation in the onboarding process, including automated screening and risk scoring
- Lead the design and implementation of the Organizations Service for institutional client data management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production services at scale
- Proficiency in Go (or similar), gRPC/Protobuf, and relational data stores
- Experience in regulated domains such as identity, access control, or financial onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to write well-tested, production-grade code in service-oriented architectures
- Familiarity with generative AI and its responsible utilization in workflow improvements
