Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning backend systems for institutional clients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale services for Unified Business Onboarding, KYC Refresh, and provisioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage backend services that facilitate the transition of institutional clients from application to first trade
- Drive automation for onboarding processes, including risk scoring and auto-provisioning for low-risk clients
- Lead the design and implementation of the Organizations Service, ensuring data quality and entity uniqueness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production services at scale
- Production experience with Go (or similar), gRPC/Protobuf, and relational data stores
- Proven ability to compose and scale service-oriented architectures with well-tested code
- Experience in regulated domains such as identity, access control, or financial onboarding
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
