Job Summary
Passionate about building impactful features, the full-time Senior Software Engineer I will lead complex technical initiatives, design high-performance distributed control plane services using Go, and mentor junior engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement low-latency distributed control plane services to ensure fault-tolerant orchestration across core compute infrastructure
- Lead technical execution for complex project workstreams from design to release to achieve predictable business outcomes
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and structured code reviews to enhance team performance and code quality
Required qualifications
- Experience with Go, microservices architecture, and building distributed control plane systems or low-latency infrastructure APIs
