Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will take ownership of the claims automation system, enhancing its efficiency and accuracy while working remotely from Canada with required overlap hours with US Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the claims automation pipeline and independently review and implement changes within the first few months
- Reduce processing costs by optimizing model routing while maintaining accuracy standards
- Restructure the pipeline for independent testing and rollout of each stage, ensuring evaluations accompany every change
Required Qualifications
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production that impact real users or financial outcomes
- Proven ability to design or refactor critical systems such as payments or claims without disrupting functionality
- Strong Python skills, with experience in Django and TypeScript considered a plus
- Familiarity with coding agents and AI review tools to enhance development speed and quality
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex systems and influence design through code reviews
