Job Summary
Working remotely from Latin America, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will own the claims automation system, enhancing its efficiency and accuracy while collaborating with Product to implement new AI-driven features.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a core owner of the claims automation pipeline, reviewing and shipping changes independently within the first few months
- Lower the cost of claims processing by optimizing model routing while maintaining accuracy
- Restructure the pipeline for independent testing and rollout of each stage, ensuring evaluations gate every change
Required Qualifications
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production that real users depend on
- Proven ability to design or refactor critical systems like payments or claims without breaking functionality
- Strong Python skills; experience with Django and TypeScript is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems and lead code reviews that influence design
- Familiarity with coding agents and AI review tools to enhance productivity
