Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Customer Vendor Management team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop customer self-service experiences and vendor integrations for an industry-leading claims engine in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build customer self-service features for online claim reporting and photo capture
- Develop vendor integrations and workflows connecting carriers with third-party partners
- Shape estimating, appraisal, and total loss functionality while ensuring system reliability at scale
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience, particularly in back-end development and API design
- Experience designing schemas and performant queries for relational databases
- Understanding of scalability challenges and server-side code performance
- Prior experience with React and/or Typescript is a plus
