Job Summary
To drive patient starts through strategic collaborations, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale robust full-stack systems within a remote, cross-functional team, focusing on building software for employer mental health benefits and Employee Assistance Programs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop the Employer Portal for HR and benefits leaders to manage mental health benefit rollouts and track utilization
- Support employer-funded therapy benefits by enhancing patient and provider experiences, ensuring seamless access to care
- Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, fostering a high-performing engineering culture through mentorship and code reviews
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on building and scaling web applications
- Proven experience in leading technical projects, navigating trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders
- Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, ideally TypeScript, React, and Node.js
