Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design, build, and operate production AI systems end to end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely across the full AI stack, focusing on classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI while managing the deployment and monitoring of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship machine learning and deep learning models for various business and scientific problems
• Develop LLM-powered applications and build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Implement MLOps practices for productionizing models, including automated retraining and drift detection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in ML or AI systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications and building CI/CD pipelines
• Solid command of Git and experience with containerization and Azure services
