Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design, build, and operate production AI systems end to end, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely across the full AI stack, including classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, while managing development tasks from data handling to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and ship machine learning and deep learning models for various business and scientific problems
• Build and implement LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using major model providers
• Productionize models with sound MLOps practices, including versioning, automated retraining, and drift detection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2 years building and shipping ML or AI systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications and with practical RAG and embeddings experience
• Solid command of Git and experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for production workloads
