Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer in Infrastructure, this full-time remote position will define and evolve AWS infrastructure as code, apply security practices for compliance, and participate in peer code reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve AWS infrastructure as code using CDK, ensuring rigorous testing and release discipline
- Apply security and compliance practices to support audits while managing IAM and network boundaries
- Collaborate with product management and engineers to shape scalable, secure systems and deliver high-quality code
Required qualifications
- Expertise in AWS technologies and architecture, with experience in AWS CDK using TypeScript
- Strong understanding of network topology and IAM access controls
- Experience with CI/CD best practices and continuous integration/delivery using GitHub
- Proficiency in backend and infrastructure software engineering, particularly in TypeScript (C# is a plus)
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants as part of the development workflow
