Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Thriving in a remote full-time role, the Senior Software Engineer will build and ship core product features, support and scale Kubernetes infrastructure, and develop automation workflows while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product features across backend and frontend using Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript/Vue.js
- Support and scale Kubernetes infrastructure while developing scalable test and workflow automation frameworks using Selenium
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and propose efficient strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering production-ready code and automation
- Expert programming skills in Python and Django, alongside proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Strong workflow/process mapping skills and experience using Selenium and related tooling
- Prior exposure to health tech, PHI, or HIPAA-compliant systems
