Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Query team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and optimize data storage solutions, design ingestion pipelines, and serve historical data to product teams and customers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-native solutions and optimize data storage and querying performance
- Design and manage data ingestion pipelines from event streams and workflows
- Lead technical direction and architecture decisions for complex data systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive systems and knowledge of ClickHouse or similar databases
- Strong proficiency in Go or a comparable language, with a willingness to work in Go
- Understanding of distributed systems, including delivery guarantees and failure recovery
- Proven technical leadership in designing complex systems and mentoring others
