Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will lead the technical design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality custom features and integrations that meet customer needs while mentoring fellow engineers and collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures based on customer requirements
- Guide fellow engineers through complex development challenges and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to recommend effective technical solutions and communicate progress throughout the development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including advanced Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex custom implementation projects from design through deployment
- Strong background in technical documentation and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to proactively identify and mitigate architectural and delivery risks in complex projects
