Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Subscriptions team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain applications and services, focusing on cloud infrastructure and operational practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of subscription products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate applications and services for subscription products
- Own technical solutions throughout their lifecycle, including design, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Develop backend services primarily using Java and contribute to frontend applications built with React when needed
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including designing and operating production workloads
- 4+ years of experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code in production environments
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java
- 2+ years of professional experience with Node.js
