Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer for Grading Operations who will build and evolve backend services, APIs, and internal applications to support high-volume grading and authentication processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop backend services and APIs that power internal applications for grading and authentication teams
- Design and implement event-driven systems to ensure reliable data flow at high volume
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs for both backend and frontend systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend systems with some frontend experience
- 3+ years of strong proficiency in C# and .NET
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service integrations
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud service operations, including container orchestration
