Job Summary
Owning significant features and services in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will research, design, and develop solutions for over 2 million Automox software agents, ensuring secure coding practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and secure solutions for communication with Automox software agents
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through release and operation in production
- Champion secure coding and modern software development best practices across the engineering team
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in Go or Java, with versatility across programming languages
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and monitoring high availability SaaS applications
- Experience with secure coding practices, including familiarity with OWASP
- Professional experience shipping frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks with TypeScript
- Experience operating in cloud environments, particularly AWS, with a focus on security best practices
