Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and integrate business solutions and software in a fully remote environment, working within an Agile Scrum team to build enterprise-grade systems and APIs using the Microsoft technology stack.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support distributed n-tier applications using .NET to ensure efficient and reliable systems
- Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, estimation, and sprint delivery to support predictable software delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing durable fixes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET, and Entity Framework
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Proficiency working within Agile/Scrum development teams using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Familiarity with RPA development and Microsoft Bot framework is a plus
