Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Grading Operations team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will manage complex projects, build backend services and APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of complex, loosely defined projects spanning multiple engineering teams
- Develop backend services, APIs, and data models that support internal applications for grading and authentication
- Mentor team members and contribute to frontend application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems and some frontend development
- 5+ years of strong proficiency in C# and .NET
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service integrations
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, container orchestration, and serverless architectures
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience writing automated tests for production services
