Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of the Agent Policy Fabric, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build, implement, test, and operate features related to policy verification, runtime integration, and conformance testing, collaborating with platform and security engineers in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build policy-verification features, including signed policy validation and rollback protection
• Implement policy projection by translating canonical policies into runtime-specific rules
• Develop runtime integrations and document interface behavior while ensuring reliability and safety

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in systems software, backend services, or security engineering
• Strong programming skills in Rust, Go, C++, or Python with experience in maintainable production code
• Experience in building services or systems components, including API design and debugging
• Practical experience implementing security controls and reasoning about trust boundaries
• Working knowledge of Linux and automated testing workflows
