Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Consumer Lending team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect and implement scalable backend microservices, manage infrastructure for high-performance financial systems, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Consumer Lending team
- Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with high security and performance standards
- Utilize Google Cloud services to build and maintain distributed systems while mentoring junior developers
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record in building and iterating on software applications, particularly in Fintech
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and web service design, including REST APIs
- Experience with architectural patterns such as Hexagonal and Event-Driven Architecture
- Domain expertise in payment systems, financial disbursement solutions, or compliance-driven platforms is highly desirable
