Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the stability and operational excellence of critical enterprise applications, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will provide advanced production support, lead incident resolution efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services, managing incidents and leading incident response activities
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, support problem management efforts, and collaborate with various teams to enhance platform stability
• Utilize monitoring tools to analyze logs, create dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in production support or software engineering for large-scale enterprise applications
• 4+ years of experience working with cloud technologies
• 2+ years of experience using monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk or Dynatrace
• 2+ years of experience supporting APIs, microservices, and distributed systems in a 24x7 operational support environment
