Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of AI agents and automation workflows for internal teams

Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, particularly with LLM-backed applications
- Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents and automation workflows from prototype to production
- Strong Python skills and practical SQL expertise for working with production data models
- Experience designing systems that integrate with business-critical systems of record
- Solid understanding of production engineering fundamentals, including Git and CI/CD
