Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of a global financial identity verification platform, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design and implement scalable backend services, contribute to architectural decisions, and enhance system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to building a core system for identity verification and risk management used by millions of end users
- Implement backend services and design architecture focused on reliability and scalability
- Take ownership of tasks, proactively address technical challenges, and participate in code reviews
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working on systems at scale
- Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices
- Strong coding skills, preferably in Go, with the ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
