Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building scalable and secure platforms, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer will design, develop, and maintain complex features for a wealth management trading platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Berwyn, PA or Seattle, WA.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains complex features or system components for the platform
- Leads technical design for small-to-medium features or services and optimizes code for performance and reliability
- Mentors junior engineers and drives improvements in coding standards and CI/CD processes
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, and relational/NoSQL database design
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, agile/Scrum delivery, and test-driven development
- Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
