Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the pharmacy experience for patients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to optimize prescription processing systems, architect platforms for inventory management, and lead engineering initiatives that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery through automation and efficient task coordination
- Enable business growth by configuring billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for partners
- Mentor other engineers and promote best practices in software development and design
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume production environment
- Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies, particularly Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Expertise in architecting complex systems for maintainability, performance, and scalability
- Proven track record of technical best practices, including code review and production issue mitigation
