Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving improvements in developer workflows, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Experience will lead large-scale codebase changes, enhance build tooling, and mentor teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute framework upgrades, language migrations, and dependency updates across the codebase
- Design and evolve agentic loops to enable AI agents to perform engineering tasks safely and reliably
- Identify and resolve friction points in the developer workflow, including slow builds and flaky tests
Required qualifications
- Significant experience (typically 7+ years) working with large, complex codebases
- Deep expertise in application or platform frameworks and managing their evolution
- Proven track record of leading migrations or large refactors from planning through rollout
- Strong understanding of agentic loops and a commitment to evolving them
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and build trust with cross-functional teams
