Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the developer experience within large monorepos, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead significant codebase changes, including framework upgrades and dependency management, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute large-scale changes across the codebase with minimal disruption to product teams
- Design and evolve agentic loops to enable AI agents to perform engineering tasks safely and reliably
- Identify and resolve friction points in the developer workflow, improving build tooling and CI performance
Required qualifications
- Significant experience (typically 7+ years) working in large, complex codebases
- Deep experience with application or platform frameworks, including managing their evolution
- Proven track record of leading migrations or large refactors from planning through rollout
- Strong understanding of agentic loops and a commitment to evolving them
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar code quickly and build trust with teams
