Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the developer experience within large monorepos, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead significant codebase changes, including framework upgrades and dependency management, while improving build tooling and CI performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale changes across the codebase with minimal disruption to product teams
- Design and evolve workflows that enable AI agents to perform engineering tasks safely and reliably
- Identify and resolve friction points in the developer workflow, improving overall efficiency
Required qualifications
- Significant experience (typically 7+ years) working with large, complex codebases
- Deep experience with application or platform frameworks, including their upgrades and evolution
- Proven track record of leading migrations or large refactors from planning through rollout
- Strong understanding of agentic loops and commitment to evolving them
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and make impactful changes across teams
