Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the design and operation of cloud services, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will manage production operations, lead compliance efforts for a FedRAMP-authorized environment, and drive the migration of services from AWS to GCP in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and day-to-day operation of production cloud services used by Trellix appliances worldwide
- Lead the technical side of moving workloads to the cloud, including mapping dependencies and planning cutovers
- Build and maintain automated pipelines for build, test, deployment, and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years building and running production software
- Strong skills in at least one of Go, Python, Java, or C/C++, plus shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP services
- Strong Linux fundamentals, including performance tuning and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
