Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of energy systems, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will define and evolve software solutions in an Agile environment, provide technical leadership to a team, and collaborate with product leaders to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop, and evolve software while adhering to modern standards and documentation practices
- Provide hands-on leadership to an Agile team, ensuring project success and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product leaders to develop multi-generation software technology plans and drive quality assurance in product development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field
- 3 years of experience in developing C# / .NET applications
- 1+ years of experience leading software projects in an industrial setting
- Strong experience in Windows desktop application development
- Background in the energy sector (Energy Management, Oil & Gas, Power & Water) is preferred
