Job Summary
To support the development of high-volume applications in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, assess, and troubleshoot software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of software applications, ensuring secure and reliable solutions
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, and production support
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in development, testing, and documentation through technical discussions and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in progressive software engineering roles
- Technical fluency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
