Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain microservices for a provider-facing web portal, working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in design and technical implementation decisions, guiding stakeholders to ensure high standards of excellence
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements and support software from ideation to release and maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain highly available systems to support business applications and users
Required qualifications
- BS degree in computer science or a comparable program
- 6+ years of software development experience, preferably with secure, scalable web applications using NodeJS, TypeScript, and React
- Experience with AWS services and microservice architecture
- Strong relational database skills, including database design and optimization
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and software development lifecycle processes
