Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated Senior Software Engineer for a full-time position focused on driving the development, performance, and scalability of a cutting-edge Aerial Platform for 5G and 6G networks, with opportunities to work remotely or onsite in various US locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of an end-to-end reference system stack for 5G/6G baseband systems
- Optimize CPU, GPU, and NIC subsystems for low-latency and maximum throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and integrate complex software modules
Required qualifications:
- MS or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of proven experience in software development and systems engineering
- Strong background in wireless communication systems or digital signal processing, particularly in PHY/MAC layer software development in C/C++
- Familiarity with LTE/5G MAC and PHY, as well as wireless lab equipment
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or with telecommunications customers/partners
