- Own product and technical initiatives from design through implementation and iteration

- Collaborate with Product and Design to understand customer needs and develop effective technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in production applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to design maintainable solutions
- Proven track record of independently managing features from definition to production
- Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, including Elixir
