Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient integration with VA systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including C#/.NET plugins and workflows
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for integration with VA.gov and other systems, ensuring security and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while collaborating with stakeholders and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and C#/.NET development
- Experience with SQL Server for backend data management
- Proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript for frontend enhancements
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and enterprise system integration
