Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of major components for a lending origination system, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop software solutions and mentor junior team members while working in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to create innovative solutions for online lending and servicing
- Direct the design and development of new software products and enhancements to existing software for clients and business partners
- Analyze and review code to support standard database and software solutions on an AWS-hosted enterprise platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development and design in Unix environments
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with kanban agile tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Cyber Security principles for web applications is beneficial
- Experience in DevOps and MLOps is advantageous
