Job Summary
To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Experience will build and ship tools for engineers and autonomous agents, focusing on large-scale codebase changes while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship daily-use tools such as CLIs and desktop integrations while managing their adoption and support
- Design and evolve agentic loops for reliable engineering work, including large-scale codebase changes
- Identify and resolve friction in development workflows for both engineers and agents
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping developer tooling at scale, including CLIs and internal platforms
- Proven ability to build agent workflows that significantly reduce project completion time
- Deep experience with application or platform frameworks and managing their evolution
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years for Staff, 7+ for Senior) in large, complex codebases
- Strong communication skills and a track record of building trust with teams
