Job Summary
Focused on enhancing developer workflows, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Experience will build and ship tools for engineers and autonomous agents, manage agent workflows for large-scale codebase changes, and ensure the safety and efficiency of these processes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship developer tools, including CLIs and desktop integrations, while ensuring their adoption and support
- Design and evolve agentic loops to enable agents to perform reliable engineering tasks
- Implement workflows for large-scale changes across the codebase, minimizing disruption to product teams
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping developer tooling at scale, such as CLIs and internal platforms
- Proven ability to build agent workflows that significantly reduce project completion time
- Deep experience with evolving frameworks and managing large codebases
- Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in complex coding environments
- Strong communication skills and a track record of building trust with teams
