Job Summary
To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Experience will build and ship tools for engineers and autonomous agents, focusing on large-scale codebase changes while ensuring safe and efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship tools such as CLIs and desktop integrations for engineers and their agents
- Design and evolve agent workflows to drive large-scale changes across the codebase
- Implement guardrails and automation to ensure the safety of agent-authored changes
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping developer tooling at scale, including CLIs and internal platforms
- Proven ability to build agent workflows that significantly reduce manual work
- Deep experience with application or platform frameworks and managing their evolution
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years for Staff, 7+ for Senior) in large, complex codebases
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with teams
