To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in Developer Experience will build and ship tools for engineers and autonomous agents, focusing on creating agent workflows and ensuring safe codebase changes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain tools such as CLIs and desktop integrations for engineers and agents
- Design agentic loops and workflows to facilitate large-scale changes across the codebase
- Identify and resolve friction points in the development workflow for both humans and agents
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping developer tooling at scale, including CLIs and internal platforms
- Proven ability to build agent workflows that significantly reduce project timelines
- Deep experience with evolving frameworks and managing large codebases
- Typically 7+ years of experience in complex coding environments
