Job Summary
Owning the development and delivery of software for Kubernetes cluster management, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will architect solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality software for demanding AI and high-performance computing workloads, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop management plane capabilities for Kubernetes clusters, including lifecycle operations and health reporting
- Architect and implement Kubernetes controllers and custom resource definitions in Go
- Lead technical builds, automate testing and release pipelines, and mentor junior engineers
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with production distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in a systems language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, and CI/CD systems
