Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of AI capabilities, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and operate scalable software systems for Enterprise AI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate scalable software systems that power Enterprise AI products
• Translate ambiguous business and technical problems into clear engineering solutions, balancing quality, speed, and maintainability
• Own projects through the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to launch and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least five years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, Go, or C++
• Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting distributed or highly scalable software systems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and take ownership of complex projects
