Job Summary
To support a growing data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative technology in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to transition ideas from concept to production
- Support and mentor team members while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and effective delivery
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to other languages like Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing using technologies such as Flink and Kafka
- Familiarity with public cloud service platforms and CI/CD pipelines for production services
