Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex features, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and scale systems to enhance personalized care delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create AI-powered solutions that improve clinician efficiency and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement high-impact features that enable personalized, data-driven care for patients
- Architect and build robust AI-powered agents and workflows to enhance clinician efficiency
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical staff to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining high-quality software systems in a production environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
- Prior experience in AI/ML or natural language processing is highly preferred
- A strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
