Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design and build factory infrastructure and automation for NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs), the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop scalable and reliable factory components, collaborate with AI model teams, and drive improvements based on user feedback in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a factory pipeline for AI models to produce deployable services validated across various environments
• Collaborate with technical leaders and AI model teams to enhance productivity through efficient infrastructure design
• Define metrics for performance improvements and mentor team members to foster growth and collaboration

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in developing performant microservices, cloud software, or tooling roles
• Deep technical expertise in distributed containerized applications using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven experience debugging and analyzing the performance of distributed microservices or cloud systems
• Effective experience working with multi-functional teams and mentoring team members
