Key responsibilities
- Connect Pioneer Desktop to inspection cameras and truck equipment, ensuring reliable video recording and data safety
- Enhance app stability and improve software update processes for trucks operating in the field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify operators' workflows and resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production software, particularly on desktop or hardware-connected applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Electron or similar desktop app frameworks
- Familiarity with serial communication protocols and debugging on Windows environments
- Strong understanding of product fundamentals and ability to communicate technical issues in plain language
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, particularly GitHub Actions
