Job Summary
To support the development of privacy-preserving AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deploy core systems primarily in Python while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship core infrastructure for privacy-preserving AI evaluation
- Deploy and support software in partner environments, ensuring reliability and user experience
- Write clean, tested, and readable code while reviewing teammates' work and explaining design trade-offs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience with strong Python skills
- Excellent hands-on coding ability with a focus on clean, reliable, and well-tested code
- Strong understanding of software architecture, systems design, and engineering trade-offs
- Full-stack experience on at least one project covering backend, data, frontend, and deployment
- Experience with CI/CD, debugging complex systems, and cloud infrastructure
