Job Summary
To enhance the integration capabilities of NodeZero, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain integrations with various partner platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain integrations between NodeZero and partner platforms, including security and ITSM tools
- Own assigned integrations end to end, from understanding partner APIs to implementation and production support
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations in production, investigating issues and delivering fixes to prevent recurrence
Required qualifications
- Several years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in building and supporting production APIs or integrations
- Proficiency in Go or Python with experience delivering maintainable, well-tested production code
- Practical understanding of API integration patterns, such as OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and rate limiting
- Experience in cloud-native or containerized environments, such as AWS and Kubernetes
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work through ambiguity and communicate technical tradeoffs effectively
